WEB DESIGN FOR BUSINESSES

Your website should help people choose you.

When someone is comparing options, your website should give them the context, proof, and confidence to take the next step.

No service choice needed first.

And when that isn’t happening, changing the colors or rebuilding the page may not be the first thing you need.

Your website should make the next decision easier.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT ALWAYS THE WEBSITE

A better-looking website won’t fix the wrong problem.

01

Visibility

Your website can be polished and still miss the people actively looking for what you offer.

02

Confidence

Visitors need enough context, credibility, and proof to feel comfortable choosing your business.

03

Conversion

Interest should lead naturally to an inquiry, booking, order, call, visit, or quote request.

Once you know where the hesitation is happening, it becomes much easier to decide what needs to change.

WHAT YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE NEEDS TO DO

A website has
three jobs.

Get considered.

Support the places and searches customers use when comparing their options.

Build confidence.

Give people the context, credibility, and proof they need to evaluate your business.

Make action easy.

Create a straightforward path to inquire, book, order, call, visit, or request a quote.

Sometimes that can be solved with one focused page. Other times, the problem goes deeper.

SERVICES

What can I build for you?

Choose what fits, or tell me what you’re trying to accomplish and I’ll recommend where to start.

01

Landing Pages

For one service, campaign, event, portfolio, or offer that needs its own focused path to action.

One goal. One clear path.
02

Website Redesigns

For an existing site that feels outdated, confusing, difficult to use, or no longer represents the business properly.

Keep what works. Fix what doesn’t.
03

Sales Funnels

Connected pages and automations for capturing, nurturing, booking, or converting leads.

For journeys that continue after the click.
04

Business Websites

For businesses that need room to explain multiple services, build credibility, and give customers a complete place to evaluate them.

More room when the business needs it.

The format changes because the problem changes. And that’s exactly how I approach the design itself.

SELECTED WORK

Different customers need different answers.

A pet owner, homeowner, diner, couple, and barbershop customer are all trying to answer different questions. The design should help each of them reach the right decision.

PORTFOLIO WEBSITES

Sometimes, the person is the offer.

Those questions shape the page before I decide what the page should look like.

PROCESS

First, understandwhat needs to change.

01

Review

Your website, online presence, content, customer journey, and current setup.

02

Identify

Pinpoint what is limiting visibility, usability, trust, or conversion.

03

Recommend

Define the scope that makes sense for the problem and your goals.

04

Build

Turn the strategy into a website experience designed around your customers.

That way of working comes from seeing websites as part of a much bigger customer experience.

ABOUT REENA

I don’t look at the website in isolation.

Good design should make the business easier to understand, not just nicer to look at.

Reena

I’m Reena. I design landing pages, website redesigns, sales funnels, and business websites for businesses that need a stronger way to present what they do online.

Before I design, I look at the whole experience: what someone sees first, what they still need to know, what makes them hesitate, and what would make the next step easier.

I’ve worked across web, funnels, digital marketing, customer support, automation, and the systems behind the customer experience. That means I’m looking at more than colors and layout. I’m looking at where someone hesitates, what information is missing, what builds trust, and what needs to happen after they click.

A beautiful website can still make the decision harder. I want yours to look good and work harder for the people using it.
Let’s Talk

And the experience matters on both sides: for the customer using the website and for the client working with me.

FAQ

A few practical questions before we work together.

When is the right time to get a website?+

If customers are already finding you through referrals, Google, social media, or other channels, a website gives that interest somewhere useful to go. It gives people one place to understand your business, see proof, compare their options, and take the next step.

What if I already have a website?+

I’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what actually needs to change.

How do I know which service I need?+

You don’t have to figure that out. Tell me what you need help with, and I’ll recommend the right direction.

What platform will you use?+

The platform depends on the project. I’ll recommend the setup that makes sense and explain why before anything is built.

Who owns the domain?+

You do. You purchase and keep your domain in your own account. I can help with choosing it, DNS setup, and connecting it.

FREE CONSULTATION

But what if you don’t even know what your website needs yet?

You don’t have to know.

Show me what you have now, tell me what the business does, and what you want customers to do next. I’ll help you figure out what’s getting in the way and what actually needs to change.
